摘要
目的了解骨科病区部队伤病员的心理健康状况,为医护人员对骨科病区部队伤病员及时实施有效的心理健康教育和心理干预提供依据。方法对340名骨科病区的部队伤病员进行症状自评量表SCL-90(Symptom Check List-90,SCL-90)测试,将测试结果进行分析,并与文献中的普通常模和军人常模进行对比性分析。结果与普通常模相比,骨科病区部队伤病员人际关系因子分值无统计学差异(P>0.05),其他各因子分值及总分值、阳性项目数较普通常模高(P<0.01);与军人常模相比,在躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、恐惧分值及阳性项目数上显著高于军人常模(P<0.01),人际关系因子分值低于军人常模(P<0.01),其余因子差别无统计学意义(P>0.05);手术组伤病员在躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、恐惧等因子分值及阳性项目数上显著高于非手术组伤病员(P<0.01),其余因子差别无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论骨科病区部队伤病员心理健康状况整体水平差于普通常模及军人常模,手术伤病员心理健康状况整体水平差于非手术伤病员。
Objective:To understand mental health of wounded troops in the orthopedic ward,providing evidence for health care workers in orthopedic ward to implementate mental-health education and psychological intervention to wounded troops timely and effectly.Methods:340 wounded troops in orthopedic ward were tested by SCL-90(Symptom Check List-90,SCL-90),and the results were analyzed and compared with the general norm and the military norm that recorded in the literature.Results:Compared to the general norm,interpersonal factor scores of wounded troops in orthopedic ward is obviously lower(P<0.01),and other factors scores,total score,positive items are significantly higher(P<0.01);The scores of somatization,depression,anxiety,fear,and positive items of wounded troops are significantly higher than the military norm(P<0.01),interpersonal factor scores is lower than the military norm(P<0.01),and the scores of remaining factors has no significant difference between wounded troops and the military norm(P>0.05).The scores of somatization,depression,anxiety,fear and other factors and positive items of surgical wounded troops were significantly higher than non-surgery ones(P<0.01),and no significant difference between them in the scores of remaining factors(P>0.05).Conclusion:Mental health level of wounded troops in orthopedic ward is worse than the general norm and the military norm,and the level of surgical wounded troops poor non-surgical wounded troops.
