摘要
为建设国际一流跨国能源集团公司,国网国际发展有限公司将信息化建设完善和深化应用作为加速推进国际业务发展的重要抓手,组织建设了国际情报信息系统和境外运营监测系统,对全球外部情报信息数据以及跨国集团内部核心资源数据进行了充分整合。通过在全球数据资源整合管理方面的积极探索和实践,有效发挥了数据在现代跨国集团公司国际化经营管理和跨境运营管控等方面的重要作用,为国际业务信息化建设发展提供了参考和借鉴。
To construct a world-class multinational electric energy group company,SGID(State Grid International Development Co.,Ltd.) fully utilizes the information technology to further promote the international businesses.Two novel systems called SGID 3 I system(i.e.,International Business Intelligence and Information System) and SGID BOM system(i.e.,Overseas Business Operation Monitoring System) are developed respectively.These two systems could effectively integrate and manage the global intelligence information and the enterprise core data resources.Through the study and practice of global data integration and management,the results show that the data could play an important role in enhancing the transnational operation capability,and provide a reference for the international business information construction in modern multinational groups.
