摘要 为了满足国家电网公司业务发展对跨层级、多层级的多组会议需求,实现会议的灵活接入和自助化召开,对公司会议电视系统顶层设计进行了研究。文章提出了基于一体化架构的顶层设计方案,实现了对现有会议电视系统资源的优化整合,构建了基于MCU资源池的智能调度组网模型,创新了会议电视系统运行管理模式。经过工程验证,满足了实际需求,提高了系统的组会能力、效率和灵活性,大幅提升了系统的易用性,同时节约了建设成本,取得了良好的应用效果。 In order to meet the needs of business development for cross level, multi-level and multi group meeting, while achieving conference access flexibility and self-help meeting, the top-level design of SGCC video conference system has been studied. The top-level design scheme based on integrated architecture is presented,which realizes the effective integration of the existing video conference system resources, establishes the intelligent scheduling networking mode based on MCU resources, innovates the existing operation and management mode of video conference system. Practical engineering has verified that the design has meet the actual needs, improved the flexibility and efficiency of the conference, saved travel costs, and achieved good application effect.
