摘要
全球能源互联网是通过特高压连接"一极一道"及世界各国清洁能源基地,借助"互联网+"思维将能源世界性的互联,使全球清洁能源最大化利用及最优化分配。把握了全球能源互联形态下信息通信需求,深入分析了新增业务的特性及流向;并结合极地、荒漠、海洋等复杂环境,研究大范围内光纤通信、卫星通信等通信技术协同配合方案,发挥不同技术的优势,并初步设计天地协同通信架构方案,支撑全球能源互联网信息通信需求。
The global energy internet(GEI) connects the world's clean energy base by special high-voltage connections with the thinking of 'Internet +', and makes the global clean energy maximize use and optimization distribution. The characteristics and trends of new services in the form of global energy interconnection was analyzed. With the complex environment of polar, desert and ocean, the cooperative cooperation program of communication technologies were researched, such as optical fiber communication and satellite communication in a wide range. Playing the advantages of different technologies, the program of the sky-earth collaborative communications architecture was preliminary designed to support the demand for GEI.
