摘要
对热传导涂料应用在单级往复式压缩机上改善等热效率进行了初步研究。对压缩机不同散热措施的测试发现 ,强制热对流的效率只有轻微改善 ,但对于用增加热传导涂料的实验中 ,发现空气质量流量增加了 1 5 % ,等热效率从 62 .7%提高至 68.1 %。增加热传导涂料的方法可应用于已安装的设备上而不需添加附件或额外的维修保养费用 ,此方法亦可推广至其它热机上。
This paper illustrated a preliminary study of the use of the enhanced heat transfer coating on a single stage, reciprocating air compressor and discussed the improvement of the isothermal efficiency. In this study, different methods were tested. It was found that there was slightly improvement when using forced convection. But the mass flow rate of air increased by 15% and the isothermal efficiency increased from 62.7% to 68.1% when the enhanced heat transfer coating was applied.This method can be applied to those installed facilities without any special requirement, such as, additional space or extra maintenance and service charges. This method can be applied not only to the air compressor, but also to the heat engines.
