摘要
为超导材料临界电流与应力-应变测试提供稳定可靠的测试系统,使用实验室现有的超导材料拉伸装置SUPUM (Superconductor Under Mechanical-Stress)、1.2 kA直流电源、Keithley 2182纳伏表等设备,开发了一套基于Labview的超导材料轴向应力-应变与临界性能测试平台。上位机测试软件采用多线程、动态调用等方法,对伺服电机运动控制、直流电源升流控制、实时数据采集三个模块进行灵活调用,方便了实验操作。实验表明,此系统数据采集与控制过程稳定可靠,实时性好,满足超导材料轴向应力-应变与临界电流测试要求。
In this paper,a performance test platform for superconducting materials under axial strain based on Labview was developed by using the existing superconducting material stretching equipment SUPUM,1.2 kA DC power and Keithley 2182 nano-voltmeter.This platform used multi-threading and dynamic invocation methods to make flexible call of three modules of servo motor motion control,DC power control and real-time data acquisition,which facilitated the operation of the experiment.It shows that this real-time platform with great stability and reliability.It satisfies the requirements of axial stress-strain test and critical current test under axial strain for superconducting materials.
