摘要
提出一种基于极值点提取的风电功率爬坡段识别方法。首先设计了极值提取算法并提取功率极值序列,结果表明了极值序列的代表性,并达到了数据压缩的效果;其次对比了几种典型的爬坡识别方法,结果显示,爬坡定义的片面性以及阈值设定的非代表性是复杂爬坡事件识别精度差的主要原因。基于上述问题,提出了基于极值点提取的风电功率爬坡段识别法,引入了驻点和爬坡段的概念,对爬坡事件进行了重新定义,并利用累积概率的数理统计方法讨论了爬坡阈值的设定问题;进一步识别和分析了云南某风电场2014年全年的爬坡情况,并在此基础上分析了爬坡段的特征,结果表明了新算法的适用性。
A method for identifying wind power climbing sections based on extraction of extreme points is proposed.Firstly,an extreme point extraction algorithm is designed and power extreme value sequence is extracted.The results show the representativeness of the extreme value sequence and achieve the effect of data compression.Secondly,several typical methods of recognition of wind power ramp are compared.The results show that one-sidedness and nonrepresentativeness of threshold setting are the main reasons for poor recognition accuracy of complex climbing events.Aiming at above problems,a wind power climbing section identification method based on extreme point extraction is proposed,the climbing events are redefined using the concepts of stagnation and climbing sections,and the mathematical statistic method of cumulative probability is utilized to discuss the setting of climbing threshold.Further,the climbing situation of a wind farm in Yunnan in 2014 is identified and analyzed.Based on this,the characteristics of the climbing section are analyzed.Results confirm applicability of the new algorithm.
