摘要
本文以有效率的经济组织理论为基础,来探讨日本经济奇迹出现的根源。首先,从微观经济层面上讨论日本企业自身的组织特色,以及由于专业化的发展而出现的日本企业的集团化与系列化;另一个方面,从宏观经济环境探讨日本企业的外部环境:民间经济团体对日本经济的贡献以及日本政府对日本经济的“政府主导”,主要从产业政策、经济计划、行政指导三个方面分析其作用。最后指明日本模式是特定历史条件下的产物。
With taking shape of route of efficient economic organizations, we analyze the profound mystery of the economic modernization of Japan. At first, we analyze the characters of the enterprises in microeconomic fields. For the development of speciation, collectivization and alignment of the enterprises. have taken shape Then, we discuss the surroundings of the enterprises: the contributions of folk economic organizations and the Japanese administration in ma croeconomic fields which include industrial policy, economic plans and gyosei shido. In short the Japanese Model is the product of given historical stage.
