摘要
试验以水稻新质源核雄性不育系CIS_(28-10)和八个品种所配制的杂种F_1、F_2、F_3和回交B_1F_1为研究材料,通过田间观察鉴定和X^2测验,从杂种F_2、F_3和B_1F_1群体的育性分离动态这三个方面研究了CIS_(28-10)的遗传行为.本研究的结果表明,CIS_(28-10)的核雄性不育基因属于细胞核内单一位点上的隐性基因,其遗传行为比较简单,这为CIS_(28-10)的进一步转育和利用提供了方便.
The research materials in the experiment were F1、 F2、 F3 aud B1F1 from crossing and backcrossing by using a new genie male-sterile in rice, CIS28-10 as the female parent. Genetic behaviour of CIS28-10 was studied on th three aspects of F2、 F3 and B1F1 by observing in the field and analysing on X2 test. The research results indicated that the genie malesterile gene of CIS28-10 is the recessive gene on the unitary site in the cyto-nucleus and its genetic behaviour is more simple. This behaviour will supply conveniece for trans-breeding and using on CIS28-10
