摘要
钢球磨中储式制粉系统具有多变量强耦合、非线性以及生产工况变化大的特性,其自动控制问题一直是控制界关注的热点问题。本文建立了钢球磨中储式制粉系统智能解耦控制仿真系统。该软件集成了钢球磨中储式制粉系统的仿真模型以及针对钢球磨中储式制粉系统而设计的多变量智能解耦控制技术,为钢球磨中储式制粉系统自动控制问题的深入研究提供了有力的实验工具。
Coal-pulverizing systems with ball mill are multivariable, strongly coupled and nonlinear; their operating conditions often vary violently. The problem of automation of such systems remains unsolved and becomes a research focus in the control area. In this paper, a simulation system for intelligent decoupling control of coal-pulverizing systems with ball mill is developed, which integrates the simulation model and the multivariable intelligent decoupling control technology of the coal-pulverizing systems with ball mill, and which can be used as an effective experimental tool for the deeper research of the problem of automation of such systems.
