摘要
本文分析高炉炼磷在稳态操作条件下主要元素的整体平衡规律。模型中主要元素取铁、碳、氧和磷,磷现在是主要产品,而不是铁。为方便和简化起见,化学平衡计算采用克分子单位.在主要元素平衡中,氧平衡方程式是最重要的式子。‘里斯特图’已引入高炉炼磷中,应用0.77m^3和8m^3高炉实验数据绘制了里斯特图.在高炉炼铁中非常有用的浮氏体还原带概念已不适用于高炉炼磷。
The global balance equations describing steady-state operating conditions have been analysed in this paper.For producing phosphorus by blast furnace the principal elements are iron,carbon,oxygen and phosphorus.The phosphorus, now,is the most important product instead of the iron.For simplicity,the stoichiometrie equations are developed on a molar basis. The oxygen balance equation is the most important one in principal elem- ents stoichiometry.'Rist Diagram' has been introduced into the phospho- rns blast furnace,applying the experimental data for 0.77m^3 and 8m^3 blast fnrnaces.The idea of wustite reduction zone,which is very useful to the iron blast furnace,is not applicable to the phosphrus blast furnace.
