摘要
病理学兼具基础医学和临床医学属性,在现代医学发展中发挥了无可取代的作用,在精准医疗中也越来越发挥核心诊断作用。我国病理学科建设和发展历经艰难岁月,创造了辉煌成就,但当前仍存在学科设置不利、人才队伍体量不足、培养途径较少、成长周期较长等诸多问题,并且面临临床需求不断提高、对分子病理结果(包括生物信息)解读能力不足、人工智能的病理应用(智慧病理)创新和转化不力等诸多挑战。同时,我国病理学科也迎来发展机遇。病理学科受到普遍重视,吸引力逐步加大,平台快速改善,多种形式和途径建立的临床病理中心日益壮大,病理学科发展迎来了春天。本述评旨在探讨我国病理学科发展面临的挑战和机遇。
As a discipline bridging basic medicine and clinical medicine,pathology not only is irreplaceable in modern medicine,but also plays a‘golden’role for disease diagnosis in the era of precision medicine.The development of pathology in China has experienced hard times but still made remarkable achievements.However,in present,there still exist many problems,such as unclear position of the discipline,shortage of professionals,lack of diverse training approaches,and long period of personnel training,etc.Furthermore,the development of pathology faces many other challenges,such as increasing demands for precise diagnosis from clinicians,insufficient ability to interpret results from molecular pathology(including biological information),and ineffective translational application of artificial intelligence in pathology(smart pathology).Meanwhile,pathology in China will usher in new historic opportunities for development since the importance of pathology becomes more prominent and attracts more public attention.Moreover,the subject platform for pathology is being improved continuously,and the centers for clinical pathology established through various forms and means have grown stronger and stronger.Therefore,pathology is in the spring season for booming development.This paper aims to discuss the challenges and opportunities faced by pathology in China.
