摘要
根据文献报导的热力学数据,采用同时平衡原理编写电算程序.针对湿法处理含砷金矿过程中砷的脱除问题,对 Ca-As(V)-H_2O 系和 Fe(Ⅲ)-As(Ⅴ)-H_2O 系在25℃下的最佳脱砷条件进行了热力学计算,并探讨了砷在溶液中的存在形式、PH值以及金属离子浓度对脱砷程度的影响.
Based on the principle of simultaneous chemical equilibrum using the cri- tically selected thermodynamic data,the thermodynamic calculation of Ca- As(Ⅴ)-H_2O system and Fe(Ⅲ)-As(Ⅴ)-H_2O system were carried out by means of computation.Aimed at the disposal problem of gold-bearing arseno- pyrite arid various complex minerals during the process of oxidative-and bio- leaching,the maximum removal degree of arsenic from the leach solution and the optimum theoretical condition for removing arsenic were calculated. Furthermore,the influences of pH and the initial concentration of rela- tive metal ions such as calcium ions and ferric ions as well as the species of arsenic are also discussed in this paper.The optimum pH for the dispos- al of arsenic from the leach solution is estimated,which is helpful for the selection of suitable operative conditions,so that the experimental work would be greatly reduced.Meanwhile,the variation of different species of arsenic in the solution with pit,which is difficult to determine experimen tally,has also been obtained easily from the calculated results.The applied computer program is flexible and has an relatively high calculating speed.In principle,this program can be applied to the thermodynamic calculation of other Me—As(Ⅴ)—H_2O systems.
