本文介绍了通过引入电晕处理高光HIPS板材解决其与发泡层脱离的问题,尝试解释电晕处理的机理,提出电晕处理效果的时效性及存放环境的影响,并探讨了经电晕后板材的检验方法。
The paper introduces how the electrode corona treating can create high surface energy,enhance the adhesion property of HIPS to solve the problem that HIPS liner separate from PU insulation after foaming.The surface energy activation will attenuated by time and the last time related to the environment,then the paper suggests how to use the dyne pen to check the surface energy class of the HIPS.
