摘要
在笔者多年的教学经验和教学实践的基础上,本文对微电子课程体系的制定和实践进行了探讨。探讨从五个方面进行:专业定位、课程体系改革、教学方式改革、实验教学及师资建设。实践表明,培养的学生知识体系结构合理,动手能力较强,适应社会的需求。本文探讨的课题对我国集成电路教学和产业的发展有重要意义。
On experience of years teaching practice,we have discussed the curriculum frame of microelectronics.Five aspects including specialty orientation,curriculum frame,teaching technique,experimentation and instructor group are further studied.It is shown that the students have scientific knowledge structure and good practical ability.The graduated students are well accepted by society.The research has important significance for the development of IC teaching and industry of our country.
