摘要
针对现阶段光伏发电系统中要求直流升压变换器的输出电压高、能量转换效率高等特点,提出了一种基于CD升压模块的高增益直流变换器,并对其工作原理和性能特点进行了严密的理论推导和逻辑分析。通过和现阶段一些直流升压变换器就其性能特点的比较证实了所提变换器具有电压增益高、开关管和二极管电压应力低,变换器整体控制策略简单等特点。最终通过实验室搭建的实验样板,证明了理论分析的正确性。
A high gain DC converter based on CD Boost module was proposed for the characteristics of high output voltage and high energy conversion efficiency in the photovoltaic power generation system,and rigorous theoretical derivation and logical analysis of its working principle and performance characteristics were carried out.The comparison of the performance characteristics of some DC Boost converters at this stage shows that the converter mentioned has the characteristics of high voltage gain,low switching voltage stress of the switch and diode,simple control strategy of the converter. Finally through the laboratory,the experimental model is proved,which proves the correctness of the theoretical analysis.
