摘要
管理思想史成立的内在根据 ,绝不在于它对以往管理思想史料的罗列 ,而在于从陈编故纸中整理挖掘出管理思想的脉络 ,在于从哲学的研思中开示出管理思想内在逻辑的有机进程。本文立足当代历史哲学的最新发展 ,试图运用历史与逻辑相统一的方法 ,梳理管理史料 ,重建管理思想史 ,从而力求既勾勒管理思想发展的轨迹 ,又能解答其何以如此展开的内在根据。
Following the requirement of 'history', from the newest development of contemporary philosophy of history, the article creatively renews Hegel-Marx's synchronous approach and preliminary uses it first time to the study of 'history' of positive sciences. The author understands the management thought in the terms of the process of contradictions, generalizes the historical factors through categories and definitions, and grasps the process of management thoughts in the asynchronous logic, and thus reconstructs history of management thought.
