摘要
弗罗斯特是20世纪美国文学史上最杰出的诗人之一,他的诗作受到越来越多读者的喜爱和众多学者的研究和评论。长期以来,国内学者在弗罗斯特诗歌的主题、艺术手法、诗中自然的象征和其诗的归属问题作出了一系列有重要价值的研究,然而,对其诗歌的研究仍具有一定的发展空间和巨大的发展潜力。生态批评在20世纪的后半叶迅速崛起,并在20世纪90年代逐渐成为一门显学的新的文学研究方法。它首次将生态视角引入文学研究领域,将生态思考融入文学研究的理论探索与批评实践。本文试从生态批评的视角出发,研究弗罗斯特诗中所呈现的人和自然的关系,以及人和人的关系。结论指出,弗罗斯特的诗歌中具有深刻的生态整体主义思想。
Robert Frost is one of the most outstanding poet in the 20th century's American literature,and his poetry becomes all the more popular among both readers and scholars.The recent decade in domestic critic circle has witnessed a series of invaluable achievements in the study of Frost's poetry,ranging from theme,artistic features,to symbolism of nature in his poetry as well as origin of his poetry.However,on his poetry does there exist further development spheres and tremendous potential yet to be explored.Eco-criticism is a newly-emerging literary theory,standing out in late 20th century and progressively becoming a distinct subject in the 1990s.It,for the first time in history,invites ecological perspective into literary study,and strikes literature criticism witheco-logical mindset.The thesis aims at illuminating in the poetry of Frost's the relationships between nature and human beings,as well as between human beings themselves from the perspective of eco-criticism.It concludes that Frost's poetry is deeply imbued with eco-holism.
