摘要
随着我国人口结构老龄化的加剧,"4+2+1"式的代际家庭结构与传统的养老机构发展缓慢形成了制约关系,计划生育制度下产生的"养儿防老"式的观念越加变得薄弱无力。该文从养老模式及问题解析入手,探讨了社会养老服务在模式、方法、技术与服务内容上的发展。基于社区智慧养老的模式,利用大数据信息融合技术,分析老年人的医疗数据及行为数据,提出构建一种基于BCG(Business、Customer、Government)的新型社区智慧养老模式,为社会养老服务向智能化、多元化及精细化的转型提供了发展思路。
