摘要
该文对窄带物联网(NB-IOT)的技术特点进行简要介绍,并将NB-IoT技术与现有其他物联网连接技术的进行分析对比。NB-IoT具有低速率、低功耗、低成本、高容量、广覆盖、多连接等特点,随后介绍了NB-IoT技术现今的行业应用和发展情况,包括交通行业、卫生医疗、公共设施、物流业、抄表、工业制造、商品零售行业、智能家居、智能农业、企业能耗管理等行业。最后阐述NB-IoT面临的挑战。
In this paper, the narrowband Internet of things(NB-IoT) is introduced. The main advantages of NB-IoT are including low rate, low power consumption, low cost, high capacity, wide coverage, multiple connections etc. And potential applications of NB-IoT technology are listed including the transportation sector, health care, public facilities, the logistics industry, meter reading, industrial manufacturing, retail industry, smart home, intelligent agriculture, energy management, etc. Finally this paper provides the challenge and future analysis of NB-IoT.
