摘要
建立科学合理的职业核心能力培养模型,是职业核心能力建设的关键。在专业教学中建设职业核心能力,既符合高职的教学目标,又增强了学生的综合竞争力。该文以专业教学改革为基础,探讨"行动导向教学+职业核心能力培养+校外实践调研"的三位一体,互相渗透的人才培养模式。开发设计出了将职业核心能力融入高职计算机应用技术专业相关课程的人才培养模型和相关课程体系。
As the foundation of the others,the core fundamental skills promotion is underlying and profound in the system of Vocational Education.Occupation training of Vocational Students' core competencies,the graduate will get more career opportunities and better future.In this paper,one educational reform model was discussed and investigated.This model based on "action-oriented teaching","core competencies training" and "campus outside practice and research",is three-in-one and cooperative.One teaching program including serial training courses were designed for the co-operative Computer Technology and Application major(Diploma).
