随着新媒体技术和计算机信息技术的的丰富和发展,3G/4G技术的推广和普及,手机媒体作为新媒体的代表,已经由人际沟通工具向大众化媒体跨越。手机的通信功能将被逐渐淡化,而新闻传播、娱乐休闲、手机上网、手机游戏、手机小说、手机报、手机电视、手机电影等新业务都已出现,也带动了数字动画技术在新媒体传播中的发展。Flash设计作为新媒体发展下艺术形式的一部分,不仅包括了纯艺术层面的探索,还包括了商业性的互动媒介艺术的应用,作为一款优秀的网络传播载体被广泛应用于手机媒体。
