摘要
人力资源管理的好坏决定了能否调动企业员工积极性,提高劳动生产率,人力资源管理对于企业的决策者和管理者来说都至关重要,因而人力资源管理系统是一个企事业单位不可或缺的系统。依据用户方的需求、经过调研后,该系统选用Visual Basic开发语言结合Access数据库系统,采用Windows编程风格,使系统界面友好,简单易用。在开发过程中,变量命名使用匈牙利命名法,程序书写风格严格按照编码规范执行,使程序的维护性较好。
The quality of human resource management decision whether to mobilize the enthusiasm of employees, improve labor productivity, human resource management is critical for business decision-makers and managers, human resource management system is therefore an integral part of enterprises system. Based on the needs of the user side, after investigation, the system selects the Visual Basic programming language with Access database system that uses Windows programming style, to make the system user-friendly, easy to use. During development, the use of Hungarian notation variable name, program writing style in strict accordance with coding standards, to make the program better maintenance.
