三段式顶岗实习体系构建研究

摘要 顶岗实习是高职教育人才培养模式中的关键环节,旨在培养学生的实践能力和创新能力,在整个教学体系中具有极为重要的作用和意义。目前高职顶岗实习方式多样,管理松散,关键能力得不到培养和提升。因此,结合我校实际,探索了一种三段式顶岗实习模式,将培养高职学生的关键能力融入到顶岗实习过程中。 Post teaching practice is the key link in the personnel training mode of higher vocational education. It is designed to develop students` practical ability and innovation ability, and has an extremely important role and significance in the teaching system. Currently, post training teaching methods are diverse, management is relatively loose, critical capabilities cannot get training and upgrading. Therefore, a three-stage post teaching practice model is explored, combined with the actual situation of Yangzhou Polytechnic Institute, and the training of the critical capabilities to vocational students is integration into this process.
