This paper analyzes the country and Tianjin logistics information technology development status and existing problems, focuses on the establishment of the necessity of third-party logistics information platform, research and analysis of third party logistics information platform features and advantages, as well as for the future role in promoting the development of the logistics industry, and the prospect of the fourth party logistics development.
