摘要
过程管理一种基本的现代组织管理方法,在理论和实践中都具有非常重要的意义。铁路机车检修是保证铁路运输安全和效率的重要工作内容,将过程管理的思想应用于机车检修信息系统中具有实践意义。该文从过程管理的理论出发,结合机车检修工作的特点,运用管理过程方法和信息化手段,对机车检修业务进行了过程子系统分解和信息化管理实践,使机车检修信息系统更具层次性和系统性,提高机车检修质量和效率。
Process management is one of basic method of the modem organization and management,which has a very importance in the theory and practice research.Railway locomotive maintenance is the important task to ensure the safety and efficiency of rail transportation.Therefore,it is practically significant for put the process management idea into the locomotive maintenance information system.In this pa per,the process subsystems of locomotive maintenance businesses are resolved and the information management was carried on the practice through the theory of the process management and the characristics of the locomotive maintenance,which can raise the hierarchy and sys temic of the locomotive maintenance information system,then improve the quality and efficiency of locomotive maintenance.
