摘要
传统传真机无法与企业管理系统相集成的特点,在网络传真服务器的基础上,开发了基于Web的企业传真管理系统,企业中的用户可以通过Web页面和Email两种方式进行传真发送,可向指定的传真号或传真号码群发组发送传真。系统的传真审批员可以审批用户发送的传真,实现传真发送权限控制。该系统实现了企业的传真系统与企业网络化信息系统的集成,促进了企业办公自动化。
As the traditional fax machine can't integrate with the enterprise management systems,A Web-based enterprise fax system is de veloped based on a network-fax server.Users can send fax through the Web portal or Emails,and they can send fax to either individual fax numbers or fax number groups.Fax inspectors can review and approve the fax contents through the web portal before fax can be sent out.Through this system,fax management and enterprise information management system can be integrated seamlessly,and therefore enterprise office automation can be enhanced greatly.
