摘要
随着现代医学新技术、新业务的开展,医用固定资产成为医疗过程中的重要条件,是医院开展医疗、科研、教学服务等各项工作的物质基础,是保障人民健康卫生事业的重要条件;是反映医院经济实力、规模大小和医疗水平高低的重要指标之一。因此,加强固定资产管理,合理制定资产储备限额和资产比例,确保国有资产保值增值,保证固定资产的安全完整,充分发固定资产的效能以及提高资产的使用效率,既是医院管理的需要,也是事业发展的需要。
with the development of modern medical technology and new business,the medical fixed assets become an important condition in the medical procedure,which is the material basis for medical,research and teaching service in the hospital and which is a key indicator reflecting the economic strength,scale and medical level of the hospital.It is an important part of the hospital's fixed assets,because of its large quantity,various kinds and practical value.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the management of fixed assets and reasonably work out the proportion and ration of fixed assets,which can ensure that the state-owned assets can preserve and increase their value and their safety and these assets can be made good use.This is the need of hospital management and cause development.
