摘要
该文提出了一种低成本Mini-ROV的设计方案并给出了具体实现方法。装置采用半圆形透明容器作为船体、一台工业相机作为位移量检测器、四个小型水中马达作为推进器。可控PWM信号为马达提供可控的电平信号用以控制马达的转速。实验结果表明,该Mini-ROV能够实现速度可控的前进、后退、转向、停止等基本操作;所获得的图像能够模拟水中图像的特性,该装置能够满足位置控制实验的要求。
This paper proposes a kind of design of making low cost Mini-ROV and gives it’s detailed develop method.A transparent con tainer,an industrial camera and four water motors are used on this device as hull,motion detector and thrusters respectively.PWM signal is used to control the speed of the motors.Experimental results demonstrator that the Mini-ROV can realize the designed actions including forward,backward,turn and stop.The images obtained from Mini-ROV can simulate the character of underwater imager;this device can meet hover control algorithm experiments.
