摘要
为满足全国辐射环境的监督性管理和核应急需要,根据国内已运行及在建核设施(包括核电厂、研究堆、核燃料循环设施、暂存库等)相关监测数据、1983-1990年间国家环保部组织收集的全国环境天然放射性本底调查数据及IAEA、NRC、ICRP的辐射相关参数数据为主要数据源,该文采用目前成熟的SSH框架+AJAX技术与IBM DB2关系型数据库开发了全国辐射环境监测数据库系统,并利用ESRI公司开发的地理信息系统软件,实现了针对上述数据的综合地图展示功能模块,提供对实时监测数据的动态展示。系统由于框架技术的运用,具备了灵活性,可维护性、可扩展性、可移植性和组件的可复用性等优点,该数据库的建立为"核反恐应急决策支持系统"提供了数据支持。
To meet the needs of the national supervision and management of radiation environment and nuclear emergency,This paper adopts the SSH framework+AJAX technology and IBM DB2 relational database,and develops the National Radiation Environmental Monitoring Database System according to the data source which came from three parts:the national in-operation and under-construction nuclear facilities(including nuclear power plants,research reactors,nuclear fuel cycle facilities,transit storage,etc.)monitoring data,1983 to 1990 collected by the State Environmental Protection Ministry of National Environmental natural radioactive background survey data,and IAEA,NRC,ICRP radiation-related data.By using the ESRI GIS software,this paper achieves functional modules of showing a comprehensive map,and provides real-time monitoring data on the dynamic display.Due to the use of framework technology,the National Radiation Environmental Monitoring Database System has good performance on the flexibility,maintainability,scalability,portability and reusability of components,etc.And the establishment of the database provides data support for"terrorism Nuclear Emergency Decision Support System".
