摘要
工业现场存在大量对设备温度,环境温度的检测需求。但对于接线端子发热现象,传统的做法是通过人工食用红外扫描设备,查看端子表面的热成像数据,来判断接线端子的温度是否超过阀值。在接线端子中安装小巧的数字温度传感器,采用单总线的连接方法,通过支持多种物理接口的数据转发设备,可以将各个地址的温度数据传递到主控设备。主控设备中运行的软件可以记录接线端子的历史温度记录,通过设定报警阀值可启动条件告警。
There is a lot of requirement for check the device and environment temperature in industrial field.But for the high temperature of the connection terminal,the traditional approach is through the consumption of artificial infrared scanning equipment to see the surface of the thermal imaging data terminals,and then determine whether the terminal exceeds the threshold temperature.When installed some small digital temperature sensor in the connection terminals,use 1-wire bus connection method,by supporting a variety of physical interface data transfer device,each address can be passed to the main control device temperature data.Software running on the master device can save the history of temperature recording which for the connection terminal,by setting the alarm threshold to activate alarm.
