摘要
移动彩票系统综合了移动通信无线网络和电子投注系统的优势,利用广泛使用的移动通信终端,使彩民脱离了传统的纸彩票购买模式,为彩票市场开辟更加广阔的空间提供了一个切实可行的解决方案。该文针对目前体彩、福彩积极推广的移动彩票业务,基于Web Services技术,结合目前众多wince系统的嵌入式终端设备,使用C#编程语言和嵌入式数据库SQLITE在3G移动技术的框架下,设计出移动彩票系统。
