摘要
目的:在计算机辅助诊断中,为了提取已分割好的CT肝脏组织中的兴趣区。方法:利用Otsu提出的基于类间方差最大化的分割算法对已分割的CT肝脏组织的占位进行自动分割,并和医生手工分割的图像相对比。结果:分割的图像与原图像相比,具有良好的获取兴趣区的能力。结论:通过手工分割图像与Otsu提出的基于类间方差最大化的分割算法分割图像的对比,可以看出Otsu算法是一种极为有效的图像分割方法,为计算机辅助诊断起到了重要的作用。
Objective In the computer-aided diagnosis,in order to extract a good CT liver tissue has been divided in the interest area.Methods Otsu proposed use of the variance between class-based segmentation algorithm to maximize the CT of the liver have been separated the placeholder for automatic segmentation,compared to manual segmentation of the image.Results Image segmentation,compared with the original image,has a good ability to obtain interest area is a highly effective image segmentation method for computer-aided diagnosis has played an important role.Conclusion Otsu manually segmented image and the variance between proposed class-based segmentation algorithm to maximize the image contrast can be seen Otsu algorithm is a very effective image segmentation method for computeraided diagnosis played an important role.
