摘要
常规视频播放器不提供视频播放速度的随意控制,不能实现视频的减速或加速播放。在许多领域,视频材料的回放分析需要对视频媒体播放的速度进行随意控制,为此,采用结构化程序设计思想,通过调用ActiveX控件,实现了变速视频播放器的设计开发,该播放器可广泛地应用于各行业的视频信息材料分析。
The conventional video players do not control the video speed. But analysis of the video material needs control the video speed. Sometimes it need to slow down or to speed up. By using structured programming ideas and the ActiveX control, a variable speed video player can be developed. It can arbitrarily control the video speed and can be widely applied to analysis of the video material.
