摘要
目前,虽然大多数中小物流企业都已建有自己的企业网站,但是网站功能总体欠佳,需要拓展,其中一个拓展方向可以考虑通过建立在线顾客服务系统,为顾客提供信息增值服务。以某第三方国际货代公司业务为背景,在ASP+SQL SERVER 2000平台基础上,给出了网上客户服务系统的设计与实现方法。
At present, most of the middle and small logistics enterprises have constructed their own websites, but the function of the websites, as a whole, is much less effective and needs expanding. One of the expanding directions can consider providing customers the value added information services by constructing on-line customer service system. The method of design and implementation of online customer service system is proposed on the background of some third part international freight transportations agency enterprise’s business and on the base of ASP+ SQL SERVER2000 platform.
