摘要
针对机械设备滚动轴承的振动特性,研究一种优化的小波变换算法,并将其投入到滚动轴承的故障诊断中。对小波进行分解,以及阈值的选取方面进行技术性的研究,提高信噪比,提高故障诊断的精确性。在系统服务层上,使用Web开发技术开发基于B/S结构的在线监测系统,实现机械设备滚动轴承的远程监测、诊断管理。
Machinery equipment of the rolling bearing vibration characteristics, studying optimization of wavelet transform algorithms, putting it into the rolling bearing fault diagnosis.Decompositting the wavelet, in the aspect of the threshold selected, taking technical research to improve the ratio of signal compared with noise and to improve the accuracy of fault diagnosis. In the service system, using Web technology to develop the on-line monitoring system based on B/S structure and to achieve the rolling bearing’s remote monitoring and diagnosis management.
