摘要
该文首先综述了汽车牌照识别系统的构架,然后介绍了车牌定位、车牌字符识别的算法,最后对各种车牌识别技术作了一下比较,提出今后一些研究方向。
This paper gives a survey of License Plates Recognition firstly.Then it introduces the algorithms of license plate position and the arithmetic of distinguish the character s in license plate.At last some future trends are proposed.
