摘要
优秀的科研创新团队不仅有助于做大课题,造就"中坚人才",而且可以消除高校中普遍存在的科研弱势群体,解决科研力量分散化和科研激励制度带来的问题。
Construction of excellent innovative team of scientific and technical research is not only helpful in undertaking major scientific researches and forging mainstay researchers,but also is necessary for elimination of weak reaearch team in universities and avoiding low efficiency caused by scattered research force and poor incentive mechanism.
