现代教育对教师提出了更高的要求,教师健康的心理是承担这一任务的基石。从多方面构建和培养教师健康的心理,懂得"修身必先养心",以稳健向上的健康心理来培养心理健康的学生,从而做到"不教而教",培养出一批批有用之才。
