摘要
高校班主任工作中思想政治教育的主体是人,对象是人,其出发点和归宿也是人。因此,我们应在以人为本、全面发展的思想指导下,对高校思想政治教育中不适应学生全面发展的结构模式、教育方法、教育内容以及思维方式进行传统观念上的改革,把学生作为高校思想政治教育的价值主体、动力主体、权利主体和发展主体,不断增强教育的针对性、有效性、主动性和创造性。
The main body and object of educational work of ideological and political education is human.Human is also its base and target.Therefore,it is necessary that we carry out fundamental innovations in those aspects that are inappropriate in the process of ideological and political education for the college students including educational structure mode,educational approaches,and educational contents and thinking ways.It is imperative to treat the students as the center of value,driving force,rights,and development so as to improve the appropriateness,effectiveness,initiative,and innovation degree of the educational work.
