超高层产业化住宅项目中BIM的运用研究——以中海鹿丹名苑为例 被引量:1

摘要 为响应国家产业调整和建筑产业化信息化升级的需求,研究了BIM技术在产业化住宅项目设计、生产及施工全专业协同的一体化实现方案。以中海鹿丹名苑超高层产业化住宅项目为例,研究了BIM技术在产业化住宅项目全过程运用的技术路线以及创造的价值。该项目形成了一套基于BIM的全过程一体化设计技术,有效减少了建筑设计中的人为失误,提升了项目的速度和精准度,使项目的质量和效率都得到明显提升。 In order to meet the needs of national industrial policy adjustment and the transformation of China's construction industry to industrialization and information transformation, the integrated realization of BIM technology in industrialized housing project's design, production and construction has been researched. A case study of the super high-rise industrialized housing project of China Overseas Ludanmingyuan, the paper studies the technology roadmap and the value of BIM technology in the whole process of industrialized residence project. The project forms a set of BIM-based integrated design technology can effectively reduce human error in architectural design, improve the speed and accuracy of the project, so that the quality and efficiency of the project have been significantly improved.
