苏南民居室内物理环境实测研究 被引量:5

FIELD ASSESSMENT OF INDOOR PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT OF VERNACULAR HOUSES IN SOUTHERN JIANGSU

摘要 本文基于在江苏常熟海虞镇选取的4户代表性民居进行的建筑信息调研、热舒适访谈、建筑测绘及物理环境测试,对其气候适应性进行了研究,为研究适应当地资源、气候的生态农宅提供基础。调研测试结果显示,该地民居建设量及建设成本逐年增高、生活能源依赖化石能源和电能、冬季热舒适问题较夏季突出、室内采光系数低等。在此基础上提出设计策略,坚持间歇式局部采暖的原则、从建筑设计出发积极应用被动式策略以及积极寻求可利用的热源。 Based on seasonal field measurements and investigations on indoor physical environment of four representative vernacular houses in southern Jiangsu, including building information, thermal comfort, building surveying and mapping, indoor physical environment, this paper is proposed to make a comparative study on indoor environment quality of these houses, for a better understanding of climate responsive design strategies in this area. The results reveal the increasing amounts and costs of construction, and the dependence of fossil fuels in recent years. Indoor thermal and lighting environment is far from satisfactory especially in winter. Several design strategies are proposed, which emphasize on the traditional 'interval and spot heating' principle, a proper room layout and indoor heat sources.
