滨海湾花园是新加坡国家公园局(National Parks Board's,NParks)为实现"花园城市"愿景实施的一个重点发展项目。着重介绍了"花穹"、"云雾林"和"擎天大树"3个极具吸引力的景观。滨海湾花园融合了艺术、自然和技术等方面的先进手段,展现了如何在城市发展实现新一代公园规划与可持续发展,为整个可持续发展领域树立了具有示范意义的基准。
Gardens by the Bay is a key development project which brings to life the National Parks Board's (NParks) vision of creating a 'City in a Garden.' This paper introduces the three key attractions which include 'Flower Dome,''Cloud Forest,' and 'Super Trees.' Gardens by the Bay is a success case for the new generation of garden sustainable development, which combines the advanced artistic, natural, and technical methods, thus setting a new benchmark for the field of sustainable development.
