摘要
本文结合国家"十一五"科技支撑计划"环保型装饰装修板材的研究开发"课题的研究成果,分析了我国目前环保板材的现状及发展趋势。文中介绍了零石棉复合纤维增强外墙板、薄型微晶玻璃板材和干挂空心陶瓷板3种新型环保板材的工艺路线、关键技术及产品性能指标,并列举了应用示范工程。环保型装饰装修板材具有天然资源消耗少、生产能耗低、施工便捷、健康安全等特点,具有广阔的应用前景。
Based on the research results of 11th Five-Year National Key Technologies R&D Program, the present situation and the development trend of decorative boards were analyzed in this paper. The process route, key technologies and product performance index of three kinds of decorative boards were introduced. These three kinds of decorative boards were non-asbestos complex fiber reinforced external wallboards, thintype glass-ceramic boards and dry hanging hollow ceramic boards. The application demonstration projects of products were enumerated. The environmental friendly decorative boards have the advantages of less natural re sources consumption, lower energy consumption, easiness in construction and safety which have wide application prospect in China.
