摘要
绿色建筑增量成本是建设过程中非常重要的因素,目前社会仍对绿色建筑普遍存在增量较高的认识误区。本文对当前国内100余个绿色建筑项目的增量成本(预算数据)进行了统计,并挑选其中40个项目进行重点分析。对增量成本的定义、构成、影响因素进行了分析,并通过对比2008年以来绿建增量成本,调查了增量成本变化的成因,并对今后的发展趋势进行预测。
Incremental cost of green building is the vital element during the construction process.However,there is a universal misunderstanding currently believes that incremental cost must be high.In this paper,incremental cost(estimated data) of more than 100 domestic green buildings have been counted and 40 of them have been selected for comprehensive analysis.Through the comparison of incremental cost of green building since 2008 and precise analysis of its definition,structure and influence,the reasons for variation of incremental cost have been investigated,and the future trends have been predicted as well.
