摘要
在对美国应对气候变化的研究回顾的基础上,本文从城市规划的角度,介绍了当前美国城市适应和减缓气候变化的研究,特别是从应对海平面上升、改善土地使用和交通模式、运用计算机辅助设计更少温室气体排放的邻里等方面结合实际案例加以说明,并对当前美国政府及机构的相关举措进行概要介绍。
Based on the review of research addressing climate change,this article introduces current research on climate change adaptation and mitigation through city planning in the U.S.,especially on the field of sea-level rising,urban land-use and transportation improvement,computer-aided cooler neighborhood design with cases study.Furthermore,current policies and events by American governments and organizations are briefly introduced.
