The purpose of this article is to introduce a standard and scientific method and its achievement of unique and updated technology at our hospital in recent years. The process of the method includes topic argumentation, establishment, procedure control, summarization, and motivation in auto - development of our hospital, this method not only guarantees the advancement and quality of the technology, motivates the activity and creativity of medical staff, and intensifies the academic edge of departments, but also activates unique and updated technology formation and realizes the best combination of the society, technology and economy.
