摘要
在人力资源管理教学中,情景模拟法是一种模拟现实中真实的工作与生活场景,通常是让受训者在一种仿真而无风险的环境中学习人力资源管理的相关理论知识和工作技能,形成正确的工作态度。本文将举例浅谈人力资源管理教学中情景模拟教学模式的构建及应用方案,并提出个人见解。
In the teaching of human resource management,scene simulation method is the life and work of a real scene simulation in reality,Human Resource Management is usually learning so that trainees in a simulation without the risk in the environment of the relevant theoretical knowledge and work skills,form the correct work attitude.This article will give an example of the construction and application of scenario simulation teaching model in human resource management,and put forward personal opinions.
