摘要
高职院校护理专业的护理综合实训课程是培养护生岗位应用能力和职业素养的重要课程,是高职护理专业教学中不可缺少的重要途径。改变传统的只是简单掌握护理基本知识、应用操作技能的护理教学模式,将护理专业课堂理论教学和临床实践教学的内容有机整合,开发和建设出培养护生岗位职业能力的护理综合实训课程,从而提高高职护生的护理综合能力,实现护理人才培养模式的深度改革和人才培养质量的全面提升。
Nursing comprehensive training course of nursing major in higher vocational colleges is an important course to cultivate nursing students’application ability and professional quality,and it is an indispensable and important way of teaching nursing major in higher vocational colleges.Change the traditional simply grasp the basic knowledge and application skills of nursing nursing teaching mode,the nursing professional classroom theory teaching and clinical practice teaching content of the organic integration,development and construction of promoting professional ability of nursing students post general nursing training courses,so as to improve the comprehensive ability of higher vocational nursing students,achieve the depth of the nursing personnel training mode reform and talent training quality guarantee.
