摘要
技术技能性人才是推进制造业发展的重要力量,高职院校作为培养应用型和技能型人才的主要阵地,其培养模式、培养理念和培养目标都会直接影响到学生们在步入工作之后的选择和发展方向。在国家战略的推进之下,高职院校需要更加关注对于学生们职业素养的培养,在提高其职业能力的基础上,才能够更好的满足国家发展的需求。
